    nut allergies

    I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this so if there is a better place please let my know! I am allergic to all nuts , i was just wondering if anyone else here has this problem??? xxxooo, Niko

    Yes, I am allergic to all nuts (and flax) but I can eat peanuts. It never bothers me until I see all those great recipes with almond flour!

      I have the same allergy, I can eat peanuts but nothing else. It doesn't bother me most of the time - but occasionally I see a good dessert that requires hazelnuts or pecans.

        Are coconuts included in that nut allergy? (Are they a fruit or are they really nuts?) Cause coconut flour is a pretty low carb sub.

            Hi, Niko. What about seeds like sunflower, pumpkin, or sesame seeds - can you tolerate these? Just checking!

              I am able to eat coconuts and all seeds so I'll have to check out the coconut flour down the road.
