  • I must confess

I did eat for pleasure, not sustenance, today. I COULD have stopped at the 6-7 ounces of roast duck that accompanied my asparagus, but no. The absolute pleasure of being allowed to eat FAT....I just had to dig into another chunk of roast duckling with a big blob of fatty crispy skin I think, however, I've had enough calories for today. I think this is what is called gorging, carbs or not. Sigh. No apologies....it was sooooo worth it

290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
