    my brother said.....

    he needs to lose some weight...lol, so i am gonna try to get him here to ADBB. i dont think he does really, i mean....he is like 6'2" and i would estimate about 230lbs. but he is in decent shape....always has been a good athlete and a very competitive person. but he can't beat his little brother in a game of chess, LOL. the chessboard is my domain!! so i will email him later on tonight and see if i can generate some interest!

          my brother called tonight. i tried to talk him into doing the atkins diet....and we could actually keep in touch a little more if he posted here and stuff too. we....being guys.....we never really call eachother so much LOL. so i told him a little bit about this website.......and then i challenged him to do pushups....as many as he could. i said put the phone down on the floor.....and count off with the phone directly below your mouth, as you do these pushups. he first said no....but i was persistent.....kept pushing him to give it a shot. so finally he gave in and did them....he did 30 straight!!! i told you he was in pretty good shape! i asked him when the last time he did 30 pushups was....and he responded "never." i will keep on him and see if i can get him to the site here!!
