Does anyone know if the Chalet sauce is safe on induction? The nutrional guide says 5g of carbs for the whole 100ml serving... 2g's sugar... ??????

I'd say given the fact that it has 2g of sugar in it...it's a no.

I'm not a fan of the sauce but am having lunch there tomorrow!

No it's definately not..and yes it's a shame! you can have it later in small amounts though. i have a bit now with my chicken in maintenance without issue. they will also replace the fries with veggies if you like.

On their site it says the chicken has 3g's of carbs in the skin, so keep that in mind. It would be the marinade.

              Re: Swiss Chalet

I use to get Swiss Chalet all the time before I moved to a city without one. I now buy the packages and make the sauce myself. I know it has some sugar but I don't use a lot and have had no issues with it. I just make sure to count the carbs and wait until after induction.

I am reading a Swiss Chalet sauce package I have at home. It says 0 sugar and 3 carbs per 60 ml.
