OOh that sounded bad. Well I went off the wagon about a week and a half before thanksgiving. I know I should feel really bad about that but I don't. I gained around 4 lbs while off diet but I also got my TOM in there. I went back on yesterday and I'm paying for it now. So anyone out there looking for a reason to stay on through the holidays this is it. I feel exactly like I have the flu. Funny thing is that I did not feel like this when I started the diet in the first place and I didn't feel like this when I went off. I cannot wait until I get back into ketosis and get over this headache and nauseous feeling. I really cannot wait until the energy level kicks up because right now I'm dragging.

    Talk to you all soon.

If you want to start one on ADBB just go to the 'Journal chats' forum and start a new thread.
          http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...splay.php?f=31

Perhaps copying your first post here into that will be a great way of getting started!

If you havent been into that forum it is a place where you can have your own little corner where you can keep posting about your progress and where other members can 'visit' with you and encourage/congratulate/commiserate with you as you follow the WOE.

It is a great way to make new cyberfriends, get and give support and be a part of this great supportive board
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
