  • Wondering what to do?

I am not sure what I should do. I feel so bad inside. I was doing so good and then had a great amount of stress dumped on me and did not handle. I have had 2 days of eating so badly I am worried about stepping on the scales. I can't. I thought I was over this kind of eating.

My question is should I go back to induction or just get back on track and learn from this. I have been off induction for about 6 weeks. I am worried I have messed up my body and it will no longer burn fat and crave sugar again.

I am so mad at my self.

Not sure I understand right... have you been off the wagon for two days, or for six weeks? Or did you mean you were doing OWL for six weeks and then fell off for two days?

Anyway... I'd go back to induction until you slip back into ketosis and then carry on from where you left off.

      You can do it!

Sally is right! Go back to induction until you are back in Ketosis and then return to whatever rung you were on.

Off the wagon for 2 days, owl for 6 weeks. If I go back on induction until ketosis starts due I then go back on as many carbs as I was or add them slowly back?

After getting back into ketosis return to the OWL level/carb level you were at before 'the fall'.
Just be aware that you might still have extra cravings and be prepared to withstand the temptation to give in to them
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I'd get back on the scale as motivation. I find the scale keeps me accountable especially if you fall off the wagon.

Go back to induction, it'll help you get the yucky stuff out of your system and work your way back up the ladder.
                  Good luck

Thanks everyone. I am back on induction and learning from my slip up. I realized just how un-healthy I felt eating sugar and carbs again. Very bloated and just yucky.

I would also sign-up for one of the exercise challenges this forum offer. I find these a great motivation tool.
