    Pleasure feelings and food???

I saw something on the news about how eating stimilates euphoric feelings and overweight folk have been found to need more food to get this feeling. Did anyone see that? It's been maybe a week so I can't recite the details. Maybe someone else can. But that is true of me! I find I get slightly euphoric feelings if my tummy is full. I'm sick right now and took Theraflu last night and this morning. This stuff gives me a relaxed, slightly euphoric feeling and I have zero appetite (been sick for a few days, didn't lose appetite until I took the Theraflu). Any thoughts on this? Maybe I need to start doing more pleasure seeking ; )

I can totally see that. Many times I would eat not because I was hungry but because it felt good.
