Hey guys i have been doing some browsing on the net and came across iodine supplements (Kelp).
its states that adding a bit more iodine to the diet can speed up your metabolism ....it makes the thyriod gland produce more thyroxine which is responsible for the fat in the cells to be metabolised
Is anyone on this .....is it safe ?........i've always wondered if i have a sluggish thyroid
i need to hear some feed back .
also i read where to find out if u are lacking iodine, u can get a cotton ball dab it with iodine rub a small spot on either ur inner thigh or upper arm, and if it turns yellow fast then ur lacking iodine.
