    I Made It Too 6 Months!!

    I looked at the calender this morning and noticed its been 6 months today from when I started this WOL!! When I look back at pics, I think how much Ive changed in this time!! I am now 165 , smallest ive been in my whole adult life and I feel great. I still have more to go but theres no stoppin me nowim in it for good!! Its my BFF birthday this weekend so I will post an updated pic next week....It was right after my bday in May lookin at my pics that we decided to start Atkins and now 6 months later i wont be running away from the cam lol.....my next bday will be even better!!

    I just wanted to say thanks to all those that have supported me when i did stupid things and and gave me advise when I didnt know wat to do!!

    What I know:
    1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
    2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
    3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
    4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                Congrats Deekdeek.. WOW.. Well, first of all, YOU LOOK GREAT! I am sure we are all looking forward to that pic next week. Second, happy birthday.. and last but not least.. 6 months is a real inspiration.. at least to me.. It shows me that Atkins is not difficult to do and a real testimony that it is a way of life not a diet.. your picture is a real proof of that. Great job!
