I know you can keep peanut butter at room temp for ages. but how about almond flour? Does it keep or does it go rancid easily? Found that buying a 5 lb bag would be cheaper per pound, but I don't have frig or freezer space. No point in saving on cost if I'm gonna end up tossing half of it!
