Before I try it and ruin the smoothie
I want to know if anyone has added it with it hiding the taste.
My 10 year old is big into smoothies for breakfast (choc/peanutbutter/banana) and I want to add some flax to it and possibly to mine also.
I'm just afraid of a gritty taste or something.
