From extended antibiotic use, I have an ongoing yeast overgrowth. It took me months to get past it last year after being on antibiotics 24/7 through a PICC line for several months. I had just got it cleared up when I had more surgery and had incisions that wouldn't heal, so more and more antibiotics.
I have to go off all foods that contribute, so that means almost all condiments, salad dressings, vinegar, pickled foods, cheese, nuts, mushrooms, etc. The last time, I just quit eating salad, but this time I am really into my salads and don't want to forego them. I love lemon, but just can't think that I would like it mixed with oil for dressing. My mayonnaise is sugar free, but has vinegar in it. I also can't use Splenda. Any suggestions? Bare salad just doesn't appeal.
