I haven't eaten anything new so am tempted to guess it may be hormonal but it's hard to tell as there doesn't seem to be any pattern to TOM anymore since I started this WOE.
My bowels are very good too so I don't want to add any flax or increase my fibre.

I will keep up with the water though and hope it passes soon...literally lol

    Thanks for everyones comments

If you do find a diuretic food that works for you let us know, I have had too much ham lately which equals salt which equals big time bloat. I know lettuce, celery, asparagus are all suppose to be diuretic foods but haven't found that they work for me specifically.

Well, I've just pulled my first ever Whooshie pie out of the oven.

Should I let it cool over night, is it better the next day? I'm not hungry now....I kinda made it for later.

I know horseradish is supposed to be a woosh food, but that recipe has 2 pounds of meat and half a pound of cream cheese to only 2 teaspoons of horseradish. In a serving you would get a barely detectable amount of horseradish. If anything causes a woosh, it would be the fat content and not from the horseradish. The recipe does sound good, so I'll try it when I can eat mustard, cream cheese & prepared horseradish again (they are all no-nos on a yeast-free diet).

Way back when i started this woe i discovered that i could get whooshies from eating wasabi. It makes sense since it's horseradish too. Gotta watch out for using soy sauce because the salt can counter act it. However the way i eat wasabi involves very very little soy sauce and a whole bunch of the good yummy green stuff. Gives me and excuse to go have a yummy meal of sashimi
