Who is familiar with BIA body analyse? The gym I joined did a base line BIA where they hook the electrodes to your ankle and back of hand, then the current goes thru tell you how much body fat, water, lean muscle you have. However it said my body fat is 33% when I calculate the body fat with my measurements it says 45%, It tells me that I have 178 pounds of lean muscle mass, but the tape measure method says 139 pounds. Which is more accurate? Actually according to the BIA I need to lose only another 48 pounds to be at around 22-25% body fat.
