    Just had my first dizzy spell of induction. I knew it would come eventually..

    I'm at work so I can't really leave to get much, but I'm going to grab some water and maybe some decaf tea. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to keep these from getting worse? I've passed out from induction dizziness before a few years ago, and I don't need that happening again!
    Height 5'1"

    Starting Weight: 128 lbs (BMI 24.2)
    Current Weight: 128 lbs (BMI 24.2)
    Goal Weight: 110 lbs (BMI 22.7)

    Eat! It is probably from low blood sugar.

      Hi, definitely make sure you don't let too much time elaspe between meals. Try to keep like some cheese or something handy to munch on periodically. Good luck, that dizziness can be scary, make sure someone around you knows what is going on just in case you do pass out.

        That's the thing, I really don't have any food handy. The lunch room at work has a lot of leftover sweets from breakfast, but the last thing I want is a chocolate muffin.. XD

          You are right just say No to the chocolate muffin! No vending machines handy? No one that can run to the nearest burgerking or such to buy a bunless burger. I feel for you right now, hang strong, at least get some of that tea drank preferably hot with half and half or heavy cream in it. Try to remember to pack some stuff tomorrow.

            Yeah, I really need to start packing snacks. I'm wondering if I should brave the cold weather and grab a bunless burger, but my lunch break has come and gone.

              How'd you make out today, you should be home by now. Were you able to find anything legal? Did the dizziness subside?

                The dizziness went away, thanks! I grabbed a bunless burger on the way to band practice and made sure to pack snacks for today.
