  • BMR question

Good Morning everyone!!! Real quick question about your BMR, i just want to make sure i have it right. You are to eat at least your bmr correct and go over if possible by only 200 calories. I know there is such a thing of eating not eneough calories so i just want to double check with this.

    Re: BMR question

Lisa, at the stage of the game you're in right now, I wouldn't worry too much about calories. Just eat at induction levels and feed your hunger. If you are hungry, eat. If you are not, don't unless it's been more than 6 hours since you last ate.

At some point, you may have to worry about calories, but then again maybe not.

      Re: BMR question

I agree with Joy, though Dr Atkins did say that 'calories count' he told us not to count calories but rely on our appetite, and eat till satisfied, not stuffed.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
