I have a question....for about the last two months I have not counted carbs at all. I didn't have any sugar or white flour...they were all "good" carbs but I didn't keep track at all.
I gained about 4 lbs and I tested with a keto strip and it showed I was not in ketosis.
To get things back on track, should I do a 2 week induction again or not worry about it and just continue with OWL but go back to keeping track of my carbs ??
I'm still hoping to reach my goal by my 1 year star date!
