  • Re-induction?

    I have a question....for about the last two months I have not counted carbs at all. I didn't have any sugar or white flour...they were all "good" carbs but I didn't keep track at all.
    I gained about 4 lbs and I tested with a keto strip and it showed I was not in ketosis.
    To get things back on track, should I do a 2 week induction again or not worry about it and just continue with OWL but go back to keeping track of my carbs ??
    I'm still hoping to reach my goal by my 1 year star date!

    I would do about 3 or 4 days on induction to get back in ketosis, then continue where i left off.

      I agree with Emma. And be sure to keep track of your carbs and added foods in the future. There are some perfectly legal OWL foods I couldn't eat during my OWL because they would stall weight loss or cause me to bloat. Each of us react differently to different foods.
