    Options for bad breath

    Hey guys,

    I've been on atkins before but this time i'm doing it i'm gettin the most horrible breath ever, when i'm at home i can brush me teeth 20 times a day so thats ok but when i'm at work or out with friends i dont want to be turning their stomachs everytime i say something!!!!

    so i was wondering what the options are for bad breath, i presume i cant have any chewing gum but what about breath sprays??? or is there any thing else i can do

      Breath sprays should be fine!

          I always have my breath spray with me...I actually have 4 of them so I never forget it
          If these weren't fine, I'd probably have to move to a lonely island lol
          Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P
