    mouth qestion

    Hey I have a question, I have been on atkins now for 3 days, and all is going well, I just have this Taste in my mouth like a metalic taste i was just wondering is that normal?

      That is ketosis - YIPPEE!!! It means you are now burning fat, so its a good thing.
