There is always a challenge of when going to a movie theatre, of what to eat! I have previously brought with me in my purse, pork rinds, celery, Atkins bar (when not on induction), water of course. Any other suggestions out there? We're off to a movie tomorrow night with some friends, and I want to plan for the evening, so that the smell of popcorn doesn't absorb me.

I love pistachios, and an even lower-carb choice is a bag of pumpkin or sunflower seeds. It takes me 2 full hours to finish a bag that yields under 10 carbs. Love that!!Sheila, Founder of SugarFreeSheila.com

Re: What to eat at a movie theatre?
I agree with Momof3greatgirls, there is no rule that you HAVE to munch when at the cinema!! I find I can manage not to want to eat at all if I have eaten beforehand.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

jicama is a root vegetable. If you follow this link http://www.foodsubs.com/Tubers.html and scroll to jicama it has a picture and a description of it.

Re: What to eat at a movie theatre?
Thx everyone for your suggestions. I agree it is a bad habit to eat while watching t.v., or going to a movie theatre! I have no problems at home, I don't eat while watching t.v. But when I am at a movie theatre, even if I have eaten before, I always yearn something. I'll make sure I have a huge bottle of water! But then I might be running to and from the bathroom
