Hi everyone!!!
I posted this in my journal, but I know some people don't go to the journal section so I thought I would post my problem here too
I have been in a stall for a couple of months now. Several months ago I decided to try and maintain for a couple of months because I got depressed losing weight (crazy, I know), and did GREAT maintaining!!! I stayed between 242 and 237. It's been about a month and a half and I am now stuck between 242 and 237. I am going to post my weekly weight loss since I started so you can see the pattern. I haven't changed anything. I have NEVER since I started gone over 30 carbs. I am exercising 3 times a week (I even rode the exercise bike for 15 miles yesterday [img]images/smilies/eek.gif[/img] I wanted to stop after 2 miles...lmao!!! My legs were DYING!!!. I don't know what to do about the stall [img]images/smilies/icon_sad.gif[/img] It's discouraging. Any ideas?? Suggestions??? Has anyone heard of Carb Cycling??? What about eating a bunch of C R A P f or a week or two to put my body into shock and then go back to lowcarb [img]images/smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] I'm deathly afraid to do that, but I have heard of people doing it. I have heard your body gets use to lowcarb and stops losing [img]images/smilies/icon_sad.gif[/img] Why does it seem like doing low carb is so complicated??? There is always something that changes, or your body all of a sudden can't tolerate things it could before???
