I weighed myself....again

So I woke up this morning and my mom had brought her digital scale with her while she came to visit. she is also doing atkins with me, she posts by KYGURL on here. Anyway, when I weighed with the digital scale it said i had lost most than what my super old scale had said. So I am a little more encouraged than i was before. YAY!!!....

and thanks for the encouragement the last few days. i had a few moments of wanting to quit but posting really helped me out.
