Well done for avoiding the bread and rice Lulu

When I make curry I serve it over microwaved grated cauliflower btw.

As for your crab sticks you might need to check the label to make sure it is real crab not some processed imitation crab. One brand in UK was reviewed in The Guardian (http://shopping.guardian.co.uk/food/...852262,00.html) and they said this
    Crab sticks
Just 30 per cent actual fish, the rest of the bulk comes from wheat starch, sugar and soya protein. The pink colour comes not from crab, but from cochineal, and the white from calcium carbonate, otherwise known as chalk.
My regular snack when I felt I needed something sweet on induction was a mixture of chopped celery, sweet red peppers & mayo which got me over cravings.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

my sweet tooth killer is usually some whipped up cream with splenda and vanilla extract and a touch of cinnamon. I keep that in the refrig and eat a spoonful when I get a bad craving.

I eat sugar free jello w/ whipped cream on top.
or carb smart ice cream bars (they have like 4 grams).

Last night I has horrible craveings for sugar. I made a cup of Wild Berry Zinger with half a splenda and that did the trick..

Crab sticks are usually high in carbs and sugar as they are not real crab meat...just fillers and other types of fish. Next time grap something fatty to curb the craving.

cream cheese whipped with a little vanila and splenda works wonders as well for cravings .......... be careful to make sure whatever your eating is right for the rung you are on ........ Way to go on avoiding the rice and bread ......... Most people say they notive a difference at about a 10 pound loss but others don't notice till about 20 ......... I guess that all depends on how much you have to lose too.
