I was trying to google a low-carb recipe and some weight loss links popped up on the side of the page. This one was called "10 rules for losing belly fat." My belly is where I have the most to lose so I clicked the link and this is what I found- if I could argue with a website I would, it made me so mad!

Low carb diets have certainly become popular in recent years, but such diets often leave you feeling miserable each day. Check out these facts below about the Atkins Diet...
The Atkins Diet limits your carb intake to ONLY 20 grams of "net carbs" per day during the first phase of the diet......(even a large apple has slightly more than 20 grams of net carbs).
...And if you want to continue through all of the phases of the Atkins Diet, then it will take 4 MONTHS (16 weeks) before you'll be allowed to eat just 400 carb calories per day -- and any typical restaurant meal has more carbs than that.
Therefore, low carb diets can leave you feeling MISERABLE each day, which is not the answer.

I just hope that there aren't people out there clicking this website and thinking that they really will be miserable on atkins. The person writing this has obviously never been on atkins. Since I have started this WOE I have been anything but miserable!
