Went back to the gym today after a looooong time. I am so out of shape it is shocking. I used to be a pro dancer (many years ago)...I guess I never thought that i could get this out of shape. It was a struggle to get through 30 min of light cardio. Stupid me.

I hadn't worked out for over a year, as a result of laziness, and when I started again, 2 weeks ago, I did a little at a time, and worked my way up to about 1 hour/day. I am up to 5 days/week, and almost consider it a habit now. Good for you for getting back into it. It makes us feel & look better in the long run!
