My question to the veterans
is . . .
With standard "dieting" it is said that one can reasonably lose 2 lbs a week.
Is it possible with Atkins and combining a exercise regime of 5 to 6 days of either cardio and strength training to consistently lose 10 lbs a month??
Conceivably a person could lose 80 lbs in 8 months??
Has anyone done this?
