  • Eating my meals in reverse.

    I find breakfast to be my best atkin's meal of the day so I started reversing the meal for dinner. Some fish or pork in the morning, soups are popular with me now that the weather is cold. Just thought I would share and wondering if anyone else does that.

    I don't eat in reverse everyday but I often have chicken salad for breakfast and an omlette for dinner.

      I do that...sort of.

      For breakfast I usually have celery and peanut butter (which is more of like a lunch-time food), lunch is usually a grilled chicken breast with veggies (very dinner-ish) and lots of times I'll eat eggs for dinner. Tonight I had a pizza omelette.

      But, that being said, I don't always feel the need to eat typical "breakfast" foods for breakfast, and I don't purposely switch up my meals. I eat sort of like how a small child would--random foods thrown together, usually ones I can eat with my fingers.

        I don't really reverse, but I sometimes have eggs and bacon for dinner. Conversely, there are times I have leftover meats and veggies for breakfast.
        It's so cool that Atkins is so flexible!

          i find that my meals are all over the place on atkins, they just dont follow any sort of plan, i just eat what i feel like when i feel like, so there are defintely days where my meals are in reverse order too

            I often eat left over dinner for breakfast, which I did to-day, it's handy and a change. So, this morning I had meatballs in mushroom/garlic sauce for breakfast. Fortunately I work from a home office - so nobody is subjected to my garlicky breath!!

              I'm with ya!

              I eat whatever - today I had tuna/cottage cheese for breakfast and I'm having an omelette for dinner!

                Working nights, my meals are already a bit wacky. But in addition, I eat what meal I want when I want it.
