What is the reason that when I am living the Atkins way, I lose weight in places that I never would have thought I would. Okay, well my face is always the first to go, but by losing it kind of makes me shapely. Also when we set our goals, how do we really know that thed goal we pick is actually a good weight for us, or is it maybe too much or too little. I do see big differences but like not in my stomach. I hope you all understand what I am asking.
