things have been really busy on the beach, and I haven't had a chance to visit in a while. I have now been back on atkins for a little more than a month, and have gone from a 42 waist to a 37. I came off of the diet for the week of Christmas and New Years. So, things are going well, and I am feeling good. Since I work in a vacation spot, I am taking a vacation from the tropic's, and coming into the States to vacation in the cold, with some of you guys.
Next week we are going to Colorado, to ski at Aspen and Vail. I will probably get very sick, as I am only use to the tropic's, and get cold here when the temp dips down to a frigid 72 degrees.
So wish me luck in not breaking anything, or freezing to death!
