I recieved the email asking how I was doing so I will go ahead and admit my defeat. I was playing games with myself..losing..then gaining..basically just a viscious cycle I couldnt seem to stop. But as of now I am working this way of eating and trying to lose the weight I have been carrying around for FAR too long. I offically started Monday so its only been a few days and I weigh in next Monday. I think my problem has been that I let myself get bored by eating the same things. This time around I am making recipes off Linda's and freezing and refrigerating them. My main problem was that I would get lazy about having to prepare myself meals on top of daily life...so now I pre-make the foods and they are there when I'm in a hurry or just don't feel like cooking. I simply got too used to grabbing the quick and easy stuff (you know carb loaded JUNK). I'm commited and ready to change and will someday be celebrating in the goalie section
