    I had a low carb birthday

    Yesterday was my birthday. DH and the kids made me dinner, a delicious cheesy chicken recipe from "500 More Low Carb Recipes"

    Instead of a carby cake they whipped up a batch of splenda sweetened chocolate whipped cream and stuck a candle in it!

          Wow, what a supportive family! Good for you. If you can stay on plan for your bday you are well on your for other times of temptation. Way to go!
