I've have gout, and cann't continue Atkins...

Hi, well I was asked for an up date, and here it is , I was doing very good 23 pounds gone. But now I have gout, so bad that i cann't walk or stand. I've been meat free for a few days lots of water (but I always did good on water) I don't know how I can continue this diet. Does any one have any advice for me?
