    Hello, I was also asked how the diet is going so here goes! I'm out of induction now and feeling great. I've lost 22 lbs (with 53 lbs to go!). I'm exercising more than I really ever have due to the six week exercise challenge (I really don't want a slug next to my name!). It's crazy how the more I exercise the more energy I have! I find myself wanting to tell overweight people I see that they should try atkins! Of course I won't be telling strangers on the sidewalk that they should go on a diet, but I feel like this is really working and I want to spread the news!

    I don't see a huge difference in my body yet (though my clothes definitely fit better) but I know I will eventually! I took a picture of my face yesterday and a picture of my face from right before I (re)started on January 2 and there is a great difference- it really encouraged me to see that!
