Hi all, I have had a jolt today from admin asking me to post how im doing....well im still on induction, I did cheat on the Sat by having a cookie that I had made and a vsmall amount of icecream...also I did have a good excuse, the rubbish weather we have had here lately is enough to get everyone down......last week bad snow and ice....then rain, rain and more rain....as im sat here..guess what? its raining. Buisness is vslow at the mo

As to atkins not sure if im in ketosis still...but if you want a laugh I was walking accross the landing and my trousers fell down!!!he he I know I have lost inches, and I guess some weight but I have not got around to putting in a new battery to the scales. I am on day 11, and am following the rules great , havent had the energy surge yet, but i presume it may be from the little treats I had slap wrists

Pants falling down is always a funny crowd pleaser.
That's actually a secret fear of mine, that they'll fall down in public..hah so I always make sure my undies are stylish.

    Congrats on the shrinkage!
