I received an email from one of the administrators asking me how things are going and to please post. Well, I think I am at the tail end of a plateau. It has been 3 weeks and just this past Saturday I dropped one pound. Goodie. Smell my sarcasm?
It's a tad discouraging but I know that soon enough the pounds will start dropping again. I just keep on plugging away and have added a bit of upper body strength training to my exercise routine (6.5 miles on the stationary bike 6 days a week, sit ups, side leg lifts). I could probably stand to drink more water.
Other than that, hating winter and missing the sunshine.
Come on, Spring!!
