  • Can't Stay Focused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    HEY GUYS IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I'VE BEEN ON HERE, HOPE EVERYONE'S DOING GREAT!! AS FOR ME I'VE BEEN OFF AND ON ATKINS FOR MONTHS. I JUST CAN'T STAY FOCUSED ENOUGH TO STAY ON IT MORE THAN 2 WEEKS, IT'S AWFUL!! I HAVE SO MANY THINGS GOING ON IN MY PERSONAL LIFE I CAN'T CONCENTRATE ON THINGS THAT WOULD BENEFIT ME AND THAT'S LOOKING AND FEELING GREAT ABOUT MYSELF..BUT I KNOW I HAVE SUPPORTERS ON HERE THAT CAN HELP ME DOWN THE ROAD.

    You came to the right place! The first two weeks are the hardest, if you can get to that and beyond, look at what you have accomplished. As for your personal stuff, look at the big picture if you can. You are on atkins for whatever reason take it one step (goal) at a time. You have done it before and will do it again , think of the after picture and see if what you see would change You!

    On the other hand, ask yourself if this is the right time to do this? Maybe you are just not ready.

      Sounds like you need to check in daily for your added support. You can do this - we all CAN! Shell Bell is right the first two weeks are the hardest - make yourself mini goals (alot of people do it) it will help you see the results you need. I know you said you have alot of things going on in your personal life - but you also have to take time and focus on yourself. Good luck
