    Please use the ignore feature.

    People,

    I have gotten some complaints about certain people on the board. I just want to let you know that this board has an ignore feature where you can simply ignore other members.

    To set this up please go to this link:

    http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...hp?do=editlist

    and add the member that you wish to ignore there.

    This is a much better alternative to name calling or other arguing.

    Please try it out on your least favorite board member.

                          lmao, heyyyyyyyy now!

                          and JFTR, I would NEVER put someone on ignore, no matter how much they annoyed me, because if something would've happened before my own eyes and i couldnt see it just because of that ignore function, i would be holding myself responsible.

                                  I don't feel the need to ignore anyone (except carb monsters), I was just wondering how it works in practice - if you have someone on your ignore list do their posts just not appear?

                                  Also, if you have been added to someone's ignore list, would you be able to tell in any way?

                                      you won't see their posts. you won't know they're here. you can't tell if they are helpful or harrassing, on plan or off. i along with the other moderators, don't and can't use what might be a luxury to some.

                                                  i've had a member or two on ignore in times past and yes, the converstion was odd.
