Don't really know how much water I should be drinking on a daily basis. Can anyone help?

YOu should drink 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. I also often see that you should add another 8 ounce glass for every 25 pounds of excess weight you carry. In addition you should up that if you are exercising regularly, in hot/dryweather or are pregnant.Grant

Also a rule of thumb people use when losing weight is 1/2 your body weight, but sometimes that's a lot for some people.Take care of you!! Journey
