Re: Need an induction dinner idea
Try Linda's Low Carb Recipes. She has the ones that are induction safe marked. Her Spinach Lasagna is one of my favorites. And the spinach lazagna on the above referenced post is the same I think. If you have not had the Spinach Lasagna you should try it.Last edited by Hudson; January 18, 2008, 12:09 PM.Start 7/5/2004

Re: Need an induction dinner idea
You look great!
Linda Sue's recipes - they are all great!
How about tiliapia and a veggie? Or if you want simple and a casserole of sorts, Linda Sue has a ton of those! Chicken with salsa, Smothered Chicken, White Castle (I haven't had this but heard it's delicous) or how about steaks or pork chops for a change of pace?
I'm stuck on omelettes right now so I'm no help unless you don't mind those for dinner! LOL

Re: Need an induction dinner idea
I love steak that has avocado smashed on it - so very very tasty!
Or another fav of mine is I make a cream sauce that is mushrooms sauteed in butter, heavy cream, and some chicken boullion flavoring I pour this over either chicken or pork. It is so delectable!F 24 5'10 SW - 217 GW 170 restarted atkins 1/14/08 - This time I'm sticking with it!

Re: Need an induction dinner idea
We eat a taco salad (minus the taco) at least once a week, and its yummy. A bed of lettuce, topped with taco meat, shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoe, and home made salsa, and some ranch dressing. And of course a nice ice cold glass of water. It's one of our favourite, quicky meals! I have compiled a large binder with recipes that I took from Linda's site, separated into different categories, and depending on what I am in the mood for, I will go to that category for a suggestion. I make something new everyday, and that's what keeps my interest going.

My DH and I love some of the casseroles on Linda Sue's site. This one: http://genaw.com/lowcarb/italian_casserole.html, and this one, http://genaw.com/lowcarb/coney_island_chilidog_pie.html
