Two isssues:
1: I wake up, not hungry. I force myself to eat breakfast. It comes to lunch, and I'm not really hungry. I eat lunch, but its not forced. It is good. Then I get hungry for dinner, eat dinner, then about 3-4 hours later, I get very hungry. Cravings ... etc. Suggestions?
2: Breakfast and Lunch are just pre-set amounts, and I don't overdo it (I dont' think). But I know we are supposed to eat until we are satisfied. However, I could wait 5-6 hours between lunch and dinner, and be very hungry, and then eat half a salad and be "satisfied" ... obviously that isn't enough. Suggestions? I don't want to be stopping, waiting for 10 minutes to see if the hunger comes back, eat two more bites and keep redoing that. Way to tedious. Especially in a social situation.
