I've been hanging around the board more than ever the past couple of days because I have been sick with a stomach bug and not at work. Seems like everyone in my office has had norovirus so it was just a matter of time really!
My question is this- the past couple of days I haven't really eaten anything, today I had some chicken broth. I am trying to keep my water intake high because I know the risk of dehydration but I am just not able to keep anything solid down. I know this has meant I'm not getting in enough fat and protein and I'm starting to worry that this will throw off the plan. Do you think it is ok for a few days or do you have any suggestions? Thanks all.
