I didn't exercise untill after induction. Not for any specific reason tho..lol I am know and have been feeling better and like I have more energy.
GL and congrats on ttc. My hubby and I have tried for a while for #2 but I know all this extra weight is probably to blame. So hopeful end of spring/summer will be my time too!
I've been exercising since day one of my Induction and it's gone great. Make sure you are eating enough, especially if you have low sugar issues, but other than that, go for it! It can only help you.

I think alot of people don't exercise in induction because alot of people just don't feel the best. Some people get the carb headaches, or feel less energy. But it gets better after the first week. But if you feel good then yes go out their and exercise, any will help!
And remember for those of us who didnt exercise before Atkins, it doesnt have to be running or any organised sort of exercise like gym workouts. Just making yourself move more than normal will start to get your body used to exerting itself to start with.
A brisk (if you can manage it) walk several times a week, or just a stroll round the block or parking further from the shops is a good way to get going. Doing the housework in time to music or dancing like a maniac (when at home alone) is also a way to get that heart rate up!
As your body gets smaller and you get energised you will find it much easier to find ways of exercising that you enjoy.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies? Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
