After 2 weeks in induction i felt amazing my tummy was going shrimking
this morning i weight myself to realize that this week i didnt lose a pound even though i know i ate to much cheese ! BUT not to many carbs ..,maybe 16-20 per day...
TODAY I ATe everYThING FROM CEREAL< MILK<BREAD< PAsTA Chocolate...ect ..I feel
DISGUSTING !!
What should i do ?
should i fast for tomorow and purge myself to clean my system and
start induction again ?
i really dont know what happen ...im very dissapointed on myself ..
i feel bad and bloated ...HELP

But that one day is when I write down in a journal the totals for all the areas measured and the weigh in amount. If you do this once a month you will see the difference. I also take pictures in the same clothes and poses that day every month and belief me even if I feel like I look the same as when I started (and I do feel that way) the pictures don't lie. They are my motivation when I feel like you do. 

) I'm not sure if you have to restart induction or just get yourself back on track... However, if you found induction easy - then it might not be a bad idea.... Also if you are craving sweet's go to Lindas Low Carb Recipe board -- she has some really good recipes that are induction friendly!
