As of this morning I have officially lost 20 POUNDS!!! Praise the Lord!
I am so thankful for this board and the guidance I have received.
I still have plenty to lose but I'm not scared anymore. . . I have seen the results so I know I will make it! I'm averaging about 5 pounds a month. I might not meet my goal of 130 by the end of July. . . more likely 140. But that is ok - I'll take the 140 and keep plugging away. Wow! This summer I might actually wear a swimsuit! Dare to dream!
To any who are struggling, I hear you. But DO NOT GIVE UP!! Food is energy, not pleasure. This way of thinking has helped me make better choices. Exercise was hard at first too - too tired, not enough time, etc. The first excuse to make an exception will only lead to another excuse and another exception, etc., etc.. NO EXCUSES!
