My DH bought me an "Atkins Advantage- Peanut Butter Granola Bar". I am very confused about it. The nutition facts say the following:
Fat- 8g
Cholest. 0mg
Sodium- 260mg
Tot. Carb-18g
Fiber- 4g
Sugar- og
sgr Alcohol- 0g
Protein- 17g
I count it as a total of 14g carb. They have on the front 3g & say that with theri most " advanced clinical testing" of glycemic impact, shows on average that just 3g will impact my blood sugar.
I know that these bars are considered "legal". However, I would like to try it and want to know how to count it. Any info will much appreciated.
