Well this is pretty discouraging. This didn't happen when I started in Jan. '05. I lost about 45 lbs and kept it off about 1 1/2 yrs.. I am back and I have had no success. It is true I am not walking like I did previously. I guess I'll try that. Would love some feedback. I do not use fitday cause I do not understand how to use it
. I need to speak with someone and get them to help me look at what I am doing and critique it and tweak it till I am losing. I don't know if it is my age or just what. I haven't used the ketosis sticks, know nothing about them really. Anyway, your thoughts and encouragement and help is much appreciated.
