start your days, at least 3x/week with a bowl of oatmeal. have at least 25 almonds a day, at leat 4x/week. get in your greens....especially brussel sprouts.....everyday!! have some kind of fish 2x/week (but not shrimp). and make sure that you are getting your exercise because i think that would be helpful in lowering triglycerides and such. i think this would be the appropriate path to take.
