i'm new here, but after reading the post and some of the menus-I feel all I do is eat; though, everyone else has a set menu. Is something wrong with me, or is this just new to me being 2cd week?

Well, mostly, my food has been induction, but I love my coke zero's. Which is probably bad to have. Thanks again for replying.

I usually eat 5 or 6 times a day, usually small meals or larger snacks, though my larger meal is usually dinner. Eating more frequently has the benefit of keeping your metabolism pumping right along. If you are hungry, don't feel guilty about eating a small snack. Hunger is your body's way of telling you "I NEED FUEL!" However, if you're just snacking because of boredom, emotions, etc. then it becomes a problem.
Coke zero has aspartame which can cause cravings and increase appetite in some people. It also has caffiene which does the same thing. Depending on how many you drink, it could be causing you to want more food than would normally satiate you. Try to give them up, you'll feel better, and it'll help with the appetite suppression that Atkins gives us when we reduce our carb intake. Good luck and welcome to the ADBB!

I'm eating b/c i'm bored. I'm a stay at home mom and miss family and friends. Don't get me wrong I love my baby, but.... I'm going to start doing something so i wont be bored.

GIVE UP ALL SODA! It's all the same, in my opinion. Stick with water. If you want to flavor it, use cucumber, lemon, or lime slices, none of this sugary-factory-processed-chemical sweetener flavored stuff like crystal light.
Diet Rite lacks those ingedients in Coke Zero but they can still cause spikes in some people and they can still stall you. They are a better alternative but monitor your intake and make sure it isn't affecting your weight loss. No matter what, get your 64 oz of water in. Trust me when you start drinking as much water as you need to, you won't have room for soda.
When I eat in a healthy manner I feel like I'm eating all day long. It's really difficult for me to reach the 20 carbs. I think the most I've reached is 18 and that was with three meals and snacks.
LOL, Julirama and I look like the soda police in this thread. I agree with you though Juli. Ever since I gave up ALL soda, I don't get that sleep afternoon feeling and my blood suagar is level. It really is a type of poison, and not in any way necessary.
