I have to be at work at 6:30am, which means I'm up at 4:45 to get myself and my 5mth old baby ready to go to my mom's. I know I should be getting my breakfast fixed either the night before or maybe on a Sunday, but I'm not. Sometimes, I stop by the store and buy me a bag of pork skins, and that's all I eat for breakfast. Is this okay? I'm also drinking a LOT of water ALL day, so the sodium shouldn't be too bad for me. What's your take on this?
