    Re: carbquick

Personally, I really like the product. It has a bit of a soy taste, but is great for any recipe that calls for Bisquick.

I was wondering the same thing, but know nothing about it.

      1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.

        Re: carbquick

I used it before when I did Atkins the "wrong" way. I go back and forth and can't decide if it's truly a frankenfood or not. I've come to the decision that the things I would make with carbquik are replacements for the things that got me fat in the first place, and it's best to avoid that trap.

If I bake or need flour, I prefer whole wheat, quinoa, soy, rye, almond, and flax meals and flours. These are pure and unadulterated, in a natural state. They also don't contain sucralose.

Just remember that carbquik is NOT LEGAL UNTIL RUNG 9 OF OWL.
